Gambling streams are all the rage, with streamers doing everything they can to secure deals from the biggest casinos.

One of the most popular gambling streamers, Austin Peterson aka BossmanJack, built a reputation for his edgy and impulsive style which keeps his viewers on the edge of their seats.

He built his brand on the highs and lows of gambling and via viewer-funded bets. For his impulsive behavior, he was kicked out from Kick. He’s still popular on Twitch, though, mainly because of the way he plays casino games online.

Blowing a Bet

Gambling is a fun, yet risky adventure. There’s no guarantee that any bet pays off – that’s the thrill of it. BossmanJack learnt that the hard way, after blowing a $300 viewer donation live.

As soon as he got the money, he decided to risk it all. It went South instantly, and BossmanJack wouldn’t take it. His meltdown on a live stream went viral right away and caused a ruckus. Some questioned his viewer-funded gambling, while others sympathized. It was an emotional moment for sure, but one that should also serve as a warning to others.

Gambling can go either way, and losses are a natural part of the process. Blowing fan donations on stream isn’t a great way to fund your gambling habits. Many have pointed this out about BossmanJack, but we doubt we’ve seen the last of him.

There are some people that enjoy his edgy streams, and will continue funding him live. Who knows? Maybe the next gamble pays off. If it doesn’t, we may see another breakdown live.
