Speakeasy, as the name suggests, is all about the time of prohibition in the USA. Back when alcohol was made illegal, secret underground bars cropped up around cities – particularly in New York. Speakeasy involves you playing alongside some questionable-looking characters, but if you manage to keep your cool, you can end up walking away with some monster wins!

Speakeasy is built around a 5-reel, 3-row format, and there are 15 fixed paylines. The minimum bet is just 0.15 credits, and the max bet can reach as high as 225 credits.

Bonus Features

There’s one main bonus round in Speakeasy, and a couple of mini-features which we’ll discuss first. The first mini-feature is the wild symbol. This can land on any spin during the base game, and when it does, it will substitute for all other symbols – bar the scatter symbols – making it easier for you to form wins.

In order to trigger the main bonus round – which is a free spins feature – you’ll need to land 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view. Doing so will award you a minimum of 15 free spins.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to re-trigger the free spins bonus round – which is quite unusual for a video slot from KA Gaming. However, there is one more unique feature within this feature.

On any spin during the free spins, any symbol in the game can be randomly selected to become “stacked” across all five reels. When this happens, it makes it possible to land a full screen of one symbol.
